Kodėl tai vyksta

Word įmontuotas naršyklė agresyviai talpina JavaScript modulius. Po atnaujinimo, talpinami moduliai konfliktuoja su nauja versija, sukeldami tuščią atvaizdavimą.

Kaip ištaisyti

  1. 1.Visiškai uždarykite Word
  2. 2.Išvalykite naršyklės talpyklą ir slapukus (Edge arba numatytoji sistemos naršyklė)
  3. 3.Pakartotinai atidarykite Word ir paleiskite pridėjimą

Alternatyva: Atidarykite Word Online inkognito/InPrivate lange, pašalinkite pridėjimą iš Įterpti → Mano pridėjimai ir vėl pridėkite.

Pridėjimas rodo seną versiją (manifesto talpinimas)

Pridėjimas įkrovimas, bet rodo pasenusią versijos numerį arba trūksta naujų funkcijų.

Kodėl tai vyksta

Word Online talpina pridėjimo manifestą (XML konfigūracijos failą) ilgesniam laikui. Net po serverio pusės atnaujinimo, jūsų naršyklė gali toliau teikti seną manifestą.

Kaip ištaisyti

  1. 1.Atidarykite inkognito arba InPrivate naršyklės langą
  2. 2.Eikite į Word Online
  3. 3.Eikite į Įterpti → Mano pridėjimai
  4. 4.Pašalinkite anonym.legal pridėjimą
  5. 5.Vėl pridėkite jį iš Parduotuvės arba per šoninio įkrovimo būdą

Šifravimo rakto pasirinkimo langas nepasirodo

Pasirinkote „Šifruoti“ kaip metodą, bet rakto pasirinkimo išskleidžiamasis meniu nematomas.

Kodėl tai vyksta

Šifravimo rakto pasirinkimo langas yra susijęs su Peržiūros lango metodo pasirinkimu, o ne Nustatymų skydeliu. Jei pakeisite metodą Nustatymuose, bet Peržiūros langas vis tiek rodo kitą metodą, rakto pasirinkimo langas nepasirodys.

Kaip ištaisyti

  1. 1.Atidarykite Peržiūros langą (pirmiausia analizuokite savo dokumentą)
  2. 2.Apibendrinimo juostoje viršuje pasirinkite Šifruoti iš metodo išskleidžiamojo meniu
  3. 3.Šifravimo rakto pasirinkimo langas pasirodys po metodo pasirinkimo

Formatavimo problemos po anonimizavimo

Paryškintas, kursyvas ar kitas formatavimas prarandamas arba atrodo kitaip po anonimizavimo.

Kodėl tai vyksta

Pasirinkimas „Išlaikyti formatavimą“ veikia skaitydamas kiekvienos entiteto formatavimą ir taikydamas jį pakeitimo žymekliui. Tai gerai veikia su paprastu įterptiniu formatavimu, bet gali nesugebėti tvarkyti sudėtingų išdėstymų.

Kaip ištaisyti

  • Įjunkite Išlaikyti formatavimą Nustatymuose, jei tai dar nėra įjungta
  • Sudėtingiems stalams ar sekamiems pakeitimams, peržiūrėkite dokumentą po anonimizavimo ir pataisykite rankiniu būdu
  • Naudokite Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z Mac) atšaukti, jei rezultatas nėra priimtinas

Pridėjimas neįkrovimas

Pridėjimas nepasirodo arba rodo klaidą, kai bandote jį atidaryti.

Patikrinimo sąrašas

  1. 1.Patikrinkite, ar turite aktyvią Microsoft 365 prenumeratą arba Office 2021+
  2. 2.Patikrinkite, ar jūsų organizacija leidžia trečiųjų šalių pridėjimus (IT administratorius gali turėti apribojimų)
  3. 3.Pabandykite pašalinti pridėjimą iš Įterpti → Mano pridėjimai ir vėl pridėti
  4. 4.Jei naudojate Word Online, pabandykite kitą naršyklę (rekomenduojama Chrome arba Edge)
  5. 5.Jei naudojate Word Desktop, visiškai perkraukite Word

Ryšio klaidos

Klaidos bandant analizuoti ar anonimizuoti, tokios kaip „Tinklo klaida“ arba „Nepavyko gauti“.

Kodėl tai vyksta

Pridėjimas reikalauja interneto ryšio, kad galėtų bendrauti su anonym.legal serveriais PII aptikimui ir anonimizavimui. Ryšio klaidos gali būti sukeltos tinklo problemų, ugniasienių ar tarpininkų, blokuojančių užklausas.

Kaip ištaisyti

  1. 1.Patikrinkite savo interneto ryšį
  2. 2.Pabandykite atnaujinti pridėjimą (uždarykite ir vėl atidarykite skydelį)
  3. 3.Įsitikinkite, kad jūsų ugniasienė ar įmonės tarpininkas neblokuoja užklausų į anonym.legal
  4. 4.Jei problema išlieka, susisiekite su palaikymu su klaidos pranešimu
