버전 업데이트 후 추가 기능 패널이 빈 흰 페이지를 표시합니다.
발생 원인
Word의 내장 브라우저는 JavaScript 모듈을 공격적으로 캐시합니다. 업데이트 후 캐시된 모듈이 새 버전과 충돌하여 빈 화면이 렌더링됩니다.
해결 방법
- 1.Word를 완전히 닫으세요
- 2.브라우저 캐시 및 쿠키를 삭제하세요 (Edge 또는 기본 시스템 브라우저)
- 3.Word를 다시 열고 추가 기능을 실행하세요
대안: 시크릿/InPrivate 창에서 Word Online을 열고, 삽입 → 내 추가 기능에서 추가 기능을 제거한 후 다시 추가하세요.
추가 기능에 이전 버전이 표시됨 (매니페스트 캐싱)
추가 기능이 로드되지만 구버전 번호가 표시되거나 새 기능이 없습니다.
발생 원인
Word Online은 추가 기능 매니페스트(XML 구성 파일)를 장기간 캐시합니다. 서버 측 업데이트 후에도 브라우저가 이전 매니페스트를 계속 제공할 수 있습니다.
해결 방법
- 1.시크릿 또는 InPrivate 브라우저 창을 여세요
- 2.Word Online으로 이동하세요
- 3.삽입 → 내 추가 기능으로 이동하세요
- 4.anonym.legal 추가 기능을 제거하세요
- 5.스토어에서 다시 추가하거나 사이드로딩으로 추가하세요
암호화 키 선택기가 표시되지 않음
방법으로 "암호화"를 선택했지만 키 선택기 드롭다운이 표시되지 않습니다.
발생 원인
암호화 키 선택기는 설정 패널이 아닌 미리보기 창의 방법 선택과 연결되어 있습니다. 설정에서 방법을 변경했지만 미리보기 창에 다른 방법이 표시되면 키 선택기가 나타나지 않습니다.
해결 방법
- 1.미리보기 창을 여세요 (먼저 문서를 분석하세요)
- 2.상단의 요약 표시줄에서 방법 드롭다운을 통해 암호화를 선택하세요
- 3.방법 선택기 아래에 암호화 키 선택기가 나타납니다
익명화 후 서식 문제
익명화 후 굵게, 기울임꼴 또는 기타 서식이 손실되거나 다르게 보입니다.
발생 원인
"서식 유지" 옵션은 각 개체의 서식을 읽고 교체 토큰에 적용하는 방식으로 작동합니다. 단순한 인라인 서식에는 잘 작동하지만 복잡한 레이아웃은 처리하지 못할 수 있습니다.
해결 방법
- 아직 활성화하지 않았다면 설정에서 서식 유지를 활성화하세요
- 복잡한 표나 변경 내용 추적의 경우 익명화 후 문서를 검토하고 수동으로 수정하세요
- 결과가 만족스럽지 않으면 Ctrl+Z (Mac에서는 Cmd+Z)를 사용하여 실행 취소하세요
추가 기능이 로드되지 않음
추가 기능을 열려고 할 때 나타나지 않거나 오류가 표시됩니다.

연결 오류
분석하거나 익명화하려고 할 때 "네트워크 오류" 또는 "가져오기 실패" 같은 오류가 발생합니다.
발생 원인
추가 기능은 PII 탐지 및 익명화를 위해 anonym.legal 서버와 통신하려면 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다. 연결 오류는 네트워크 문제, 방화벽 또는 요청을 차단하는 프록시로 인해 발생할 수 있습니다.
해결 방법
- 1.인터넷 연결을 확인하세요
- 2.추가 기능을 새로고침하세요 (패널을 닫았다가 다시 여세요)
- 3.방화벽이나 회사 프록시가 anonym.legal로의 요청을 차단하지 않는지 확인하세요
- 4.문제가 지속되면 오류 메시지와 함께 지원팀에 문의하세요
