Solusi untuk masalah umum dengan anonym.legal Office Add-in untuk Microsoft Word.

Layar putih setelah pembaruan

Panel add-in menampilkan halaman putih kosong setelah pembaruan versi.

Mengapa ini terjadi

Browser tertanam Word meng-cache modul JavaScript secara agresif. Setelah pembaruan, modul yang di-cache bertentangan dengan versi baru, menyebabkan render kosong.

Cara memperbaiki

  1. 1.Tutup Word sepenuhnya
  2. 2.Hapus cache browser dan cookie Anda (Edge atau browser sistem default)
  3. 3.Buka kembali Word dan jalankan add-in

Alternatif: Buka Word Online di jendela Incognito/InPrivate, hapus add-in dari Sisipkan → Add-in Saya, lalu tambahkan kembali.

Add-in menampilkan versi lama (cache manifes)

Add-in dimuat tetapi menampilkan nomor versi yang sudah usang atau fitur baru tidak ada.

Mengapa ini terjadi

Word Online meng-cache manifes add-in (file konfigurasi XML) untuk jangka waktu yang lama. Bahkan setelah pembaruan di sisi server, browser Anda mungkin terus menyajikan manifes lama.

Cara memperbaiki

  1. 1.Buka jendela browser Incognito atau InPrivate
  2. 2.Navigasikan ke Word Online
  3. 3.Pergi ke Sisipkan → Add-in Saya
  4. 4.Hapus add-in anonym.legal
  5. 5.Tambahkan kembali dari Store atau melalui sideloading

Pemilih kunci enkripsi tidak muncul

Anda memilih "Enkripsi" sebagai metode tetapi dropdown pemilih kunci tidak terlihat.

Mengapa ini terjadi

Pemilih kunci enkripsi terhubung ke pemilihan metode Jendela Pratinjau, bukan panel Pengaturan. Jika Anda mengubah metode di Pengaturan tetapi Jendela Pratinjau masih menampilkan metode berbeda, pemilih kunci tidak akan muncul.

Cara memperbaiki

  1. 1.Buka Jendela Pratinjau (analisis dokumen Anda terlebih dahulu)
  2. 2.Di Bilah Ringkasan di bagian atas, pilih Enkripsi dari dropdown metode
  3. 3.Pemilih kunci enkripsi akan muncul di bawah pemilih metode

Masalah pemformatan setelah anonimisasi

Tebal, miring, atau pemformatan lain hilang atau terlihat berbeda setelah anonimisasi.

Mengapa ini terjadi

Opsi "Pertahankan Pemformatan" bekerja dengan membaca pemformatan setiap entitas dan menerapkannya ke token pengganti. Ini bekerja baik dengan pemformatan inline sederhana tetapi mungkin tidak menangani tata letak kompleks.

Cara memperbaiki

  • Aktifkan Pertahankan Pemformatan di Pengaturan jika belum aktif
  • Untuk tabel kompleks atau lacak perubahan, tinjau dokumen setelah anonimisasi dan perbaiki secara manual
  • Gunakan Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z di Mac) untuk membatalkan jika hasilnya tidak dapat diterima

Add-in tidak dimuat

Add-in gagal muncul atau menampilkan kesalahan saat Anda mencoba membukanya.

Daftar periksa

  1. 1.Pastikan Anda memiliki langganan Microsoft 365 aktif atau Office 2021+
  2. 2.Periksa bahwa organisasi Anda mengizinkan add-in pihak ketiga (admin IT mungkin memiliki pembatasan)
  3. 3.Coba hapus add-in dari Sisipkan → Add-in Saya dan tambahkan kembali

Add-in memerlukan koneksi internet untuk berkomunikasi dengan server anonym.legal untuk deteksi PII dan anonimisasi. Kesalahan koneksi dapat disebabkan oleh masalah jaringan, firewall, atau proxy yang memblokir permintaan.

Cara memperbaiki

  1. 1.Periksa koneksi internet Anda
  2. 2.Coba muat ulang add-in (tutup dan buka kembali panel)
  3. 3.Pastikan firewall atau proxy korporat Anda tidak memblokir permintaan ke anonym.legal
  4. 4.Jika masalah berlanjut, hubungi dukungan dengan pesan kesalahan
