版本更新后，加载项面板显示空白白页。
原因
Word 内嵌浏览器会积极缓存 JavaScript 模块。更新后，缓存的模块与新版本产生冲突，导致页面空白渲染。
解决方法
- 1.完全关闭 Word
- 2.清除浏览器缓存和 Cookie（Edge 或系统默认浏览器）
- 3.重新打开 Word 并启动加载项
备选方案：在隐身/InPrivate 窗口中打开 Word Online，从「插入」→「我的加载项」中删除该加载项，然后重新添加。
加载项显示旧版本（清单缓存）
加载项已加载，但显示过时的版本号或缺少新功能。
原因
Word Online 会长期缓存加载项清单（XML 配置文件）。即使服务器端已更新，您的浏览器仍可能继续使用旧清单。
解决方法
- 1.打开隐身或 InPrivate 浏览器窗口
- 2.导航至 Word Online
- 3.前往「插入」→「我的加载项」
- 4.删除 anonym.legal 加载项
- 5.从应用商店或通过旁加载重新添加
加密密钥选择器未显示
您选择了「加密」作为方法，但密钥选择器下拉列表不可见。
原因
加密密钥选择器与预览窗口的方法选择相关联，而非设置面板。如果您在设置中更改了方法，但预览窗口仍显示其他方法，则密钥选择器不会出现。
解决方法
- 1.打开预览窗口（请先分析您的文档）
- 2.在顶部摘要栏中，从方法下拉列表中选择「加密」
- 3.加密密钥选择器将显示在方法选择器下方
匿名化后出现格式问题
匿名化后，粗体、斜体或其他格式丢失或显示异常。
原因
「保留格式」选项通过读取每个实体的格式并将其应用于替换令牌来工作。这对简单的内联格式效果良好，但对复杂布局可能无效。
解决方法
- 如果尚未启用，请在设置中启用「保留格式」
- 对于复杂的表格或修订记录，请在匿名化后手动检查文档并进行修正
- 如结果不满意，请使用 Ctrl+Z（Mac 上为 Cmd+Z）撤销
加载项无法加载
尝试打开加载项时，加载项无法显示或出现错误。
检查清单

- 3.确保您的防火墙或企业代理未拦截对 anonym.legal 的请求
