Microsoft Word 向け anonym.legal Office アドインに関するよくある問題の解決策です。
アップデート後に白い画面が表示される
バージョンアップデート後にアドインパネルが空白の白いページを表示します。
原因
Word の組み込みブラウザは JavaScript モジュールを積極的にキャッシュします。アップデート後、キャッシュされたモジュールが新バージョンと競合し、空白レンダリングが発生します。
解決方法
- 1.Word を完全に閉じる
- 2.ブラウザのキャッシュと Cookie をクリアする（Edge またはデフォルトのシステムブラウザ）
- 3.Word を再起動してアドインを起動する
代替手順：シークレット/InPrivate ウィンドウで Word Online を開き、[挿入] → [マイアドイン] からアドインを削除して再追加してください。
アドインに古いバージョンが表示される（マニフェストキャッシュ）
アドインは読み込まれるが、古いバージョン番号が表示されるか、新機能が表示されない。
原因
Word Online はアドインマニフェスト（XML 設定ファイル）を長期間キャッシュします。サーバー側のアップデート後も、ブラウザが古いマニフェストを配信し続ける場合があります。
解決方法
- 1.シークレットまたは InPrivate ブラウザウィンドウを開く
- 2.Word Online にアクセスする
- 3.[挿入] → [マイアドイン] に移動する
- 4.anonym.legal アドインを削除する
- 5.ストアまたはサイドロードで再追加する
暗号化キーセレクターが表示されない
メソッドとして「暗号化」を選択したが、キーセレクターのドロップダウンが表示されない。
原因
暗号化キーセレクターは、設定パネルではなく、プレビューウィンドウのメソッド選択に連動しています。設定でメソッドを変更しても、プレビューウィンドウが別のメソッドを表示している場合、キーセレクターは表示されません。
解決方法
- 1.プレビューウィンドウを開く（まずドキュメントを分析してください）
- 2.上部のサマリーバーで、メソッドドロップダウンから「暗号化」を選択する
- 3.メソッドセレクターの下に暗号化キーセレクターが表示される
匿名化後の書式の問題
匿名化後に太字、斜体などの書式が失われるか、見た目が変わっている。
原因
「書式の保持」オプションは各エンティティの書式を読み取り、置換トークンに適用することで機能します。シンプルなインライン書式では正常に機能しますが、複雑なレイアウトには対応できない場合があります。
解決方法
- 設定で「書式の保持」が有効になっていない場合は有効にする
- 複雑な表や変更履歴がある場合は、匿名化後にドキュメントを確認して手動で修正する
- 結果が適切でない場合は Ctrl+Z（Mac では Cmd+Z）で元に戻す
アドインが読み込まれない
アドインが表示されない、または開こうとするとエラーが表示される。
チェックリスト
- 1.有効な Microsoft 365 サブスクリプションまたは Office 2021 以降があることを確認する
- 2.組織がサードパーティのアドインを許可していることを確認する（IT 管理者による制限がある場合があります）
- 3.[挿入] → [マイアドイン] からアドインを削除して再追加してみる
- 4.Word Online を使用している場合は別のブラウザを試す（Chrome または Edge を推奨）
- 5.Word デスクトップを使用している場合は Word を完全に再起動する
接続エラー
「ネットワークエラー」や「フェッチに失敗しました」など、分析または匿名化時にエラーが発生する。
原因
アドインは PII 検出と匿名化のために anonym.legal サーバーと通信するためのインターネット接続が必要です。接続エラーはネットワークの問題、ファイアウォール、またはリクエストをブロックするプロキシが原因の場合があります。
解決方法
- 1.インターネット接続を確認する
- 2.アドインを更新する（パネルを閉じて再度開く）
- 3.ファイアウォールや企業のプロキシが anonym.legal へのリクエストをブロックしていないことを確認する
- 4.問題が解決しない場合は、エラーメッセージを添えてサポートに連絡する
