Mga solusyon sa mga karaniwang isyu sa anonym.legal Office Add-in para sa Microsoft Word.

Puti na screen pagkatapos ng update

Ang add-in panel ay nagpapakita ng blangkong puting pahina pagkatapos ng isang bersyon na update.

Bakit ito nangyayari

Ang naka-embed na browser ng Word ay agresibong nag-cache ng mga JavaScript module. Pagkatapos ng isang update, ang mga cached module ay nagkakaroon ng salungatan sa bagong bersyon, na nagiging sanhi ng blangkong render.

Paano ayusin

  1. 1.Isara ang Word nang buo
  2. 2.I-clear ang iyong browser cache at cookies (Edge o ang default na system browser)

Alternatibo: Buksan ang Word Online sa isang Incognito/InPrivate na bintana, alisin ang add-in mula sa Insert → My Add-ins, at muling idagdag ito.

Ang add-in ay nagpapakita ng lumang bersyon (manifest caching)

Ang add-in ay naglo-load ngunit nagpapakita ng luma at hindi napapanahong numero ng bersyon o nawawala ang mga bagong tampok.

Bakit ito nangyayari

Ang Word Online ay nag-cache ng add-in manifest (XML configuration file) sa mahabang panahon. Kahit pagkatapos ng isang server-side update, ang iyong browser ay maaaring patuloy na naglilingkod ng lumang manifest.

Paano ayusin

  1. 1.Buksan ang isang Incognito o InPrivate na bintana ng browser

Hindi lumalabas ang selector ng encryption key

Pinili mo ang "Encrypt" bilang paraan ngunit ang dropdown ng key selector ay hindi nakikita.

Bakit ito nangyayari

Ang selector ng encryption key ay nakatali sa pagpili ng paraan ng Preview Window, hindi sa Settings panel. Kung babaguhin mo ang paraan sa Settings ngunit ang Preview Window ay nagpapakita pa rin ng ibang paraan, ang key selector ay hindi lalabas.

Paano ayusin

  1. 1.Buksan ang Preview Window (suriin muna ang iyong dokumento)
  2. 2.Sa Summary Bar sa itaas, piliin ang Encrypt mula sa dropdown ng paraan
  3. 3.Ang selector ng encryption key ay lalabas sa ibaba ng selector ng paraan

Mga isyu sa pag-format pagkatapos ng anonymization

Ang bold, italic, o iba pang pag-format ay nawawala o mukhang iba pagkatapos ng anonymization.

Bakit ito nangyayari

Ang "Preserve Formatting" na opsyon ay gumagana sa pamamagitan ng pagbabasa ng pag-format ng bawat entity at paglalapat nito sa replacement token. Ito ay mahusay na gumagana sa simpleng inline formatting ngunit maaaring hindi maayos ang paghawak sa mga kumplikadong layout.

Paano ayusin

  • I-enable ang Preserve Formatting sa Settings kung hindi pa ito naka-on
  • Para sa mga kumplikadong talahanayan o tracked changes, suriin ang dokumento pagkatapos ng anonymization at ayusin ito nang manu-mano
  • Gamitin ang Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z sa Mac) upang i-undo kung ang resulta ay hindi katanggap-tanggap

Hindi naglo-load ang add-in

Ang add-in ay hindi lumalabas o nagpapakita ng error kapag sinubukan mong buksan ito.

Bakit ito nangyayari

Ang add-in ay nangangailangan ng koneksyon sa internet upang makipag-ugnayan sa mga server ng anonym.legal para sa PII detection at anonymization. Ang mga error sa koneksyon ay maaaring sanhi ng mga isyu sa network, mga firewall, o mga proxy na humaharang sa mga kahilingan.
