Kas yra DPA?

Duomenų tvarkymo sutartis (DPA) yra teisiškai privaloma sutartis tarp duomenų valdytojo (jūsų) ir duomenų tvarkytojo (anonym.legal), reglamentuojanti, kaip tvarkomi asmens duomenys.

Pagal BDAR 28 straipsnį organizacijos privalo turėti duomenų tvarkymo sutartį, kai jos pasitelkia trečiosios šalies duomenų tvarkytojus asmens duomenims tvarkyti jų vardu.
