Ce este un DPA?
Un Acord de prelucrare a datelor (DPA) este un contract obligatoriu din punct de vedere juridic între un operator (dumneavoastră) și o persoană împuternicită de operator (anonym.legal) care reglementează modul în care sunt gestionate informațiile personale.
În temeiul articolului 28 din GDPR, organizațiile trebuie să dispună de un acord de prelucrare a datelor atunci când angajează persoane împuternicite terțe pentru a gestiona informații personale în numele lor.
