リカバリーフレーズを紛失した
リカバリーフレーズは、PINを忘れた場合にボールトを回復する唯一の方法です。
ボールトが現在アンロックされている場合:
- 設定 > セキュリティに移動する
- 「リカバリーフレーズを表示」をクリックする
- PINを入力して表示する
- 書き留めて安全に保管する
ファイルが処理されない
ファイルが処理に失敗する理由はいくつかあります。
確認:
- ファイルサイズが制限内であること (PDF: 50MB, DOCX: 30MB など)
- 十分なトークン残高があること
- インターネット接続がアクティブであること
- ファイルが破損していないか、パスワード保護されていないこと
"ブラウザでサインイン"が機能しない
アプリはブラウザと通信するためにカスタムプロトコル (anonym-legal://) を使用します。
解決策:
- デフォルトのブラウザが正しく設定されていることを確認する

プリセットが読み込まれない
プリセットは、アカウントから同期するためにインターネット接続を必要とします。

エラーメッセージ
"No text content found"ファイルは空であるか、画像のみを含んでいるようです。スキャンした文書のOCRはまだサポートされていません。

"Analysis failed"APIリクエストが失敗しました。インターネット接続を確認して再試行してください。問題が続く場合、サービスが一時的に利用できない可能性があります。
