Kesalahan Koneksi
Ekstensi tidak dapat terhubung ke API anonym.legal.
Mengapa ini terjadi?
Ekstensi memerlukan koneksi internet untuk berkomunikasi dengan API anonym.legal di https://anonym.legal. Firewall, proxy, atau masalah jaringan mungkin memblokir koneksi.
Cara memperbaiki
- 1.Periksa koneksi internet Anda dengan mengunjungi https://anonym.legal di browser.
- 2.Pastikan firewall atau proxy korporat Anda mengizinkan koneksi HTTPS ke anonym.legal.
- 3.Periksa apakah API dapat diakses: https://anonym.legal/mcp/health

Pemformatan teks hilang atau berubah setelah anonimisasi.
Mengapa ini terjadi?
Pelestarian format hanya didukung di Writer. Calc dan Impress memproses teks biasa tanpa pemformatan. Pemformatan kompleks (tabel, gaya tersarang, lacak perubahan) mungkin tidak dipertahankan sepenuhnya.
Cara memperbaiki
- Pastikan Anda menggunakan Writer untuk dokumen yang sensitif terhadap format.
- Untuk tata letak kompleks, pertimbangkan memproses bagian demi bagian menggunakan mode pilihan.

Sesi Kedaluwarsa
Anda dikeluarkan secara tak terduga atau melihat kesalahan autentikasi.
Mengapa ini terjadi?
Kredit autentikasi kedaluwarsa setelah 60 menit. Ekstensi meng-cache kredensial Anda selama 7 hari untuk autentikasi ulang yang cepat, tetapi sesi aktif memiliki masa berlaku yang lebih singkat.
Cara memperbaiki
- 1.Klik tombol Masuk lagi. Jika kredensial di-cache, Anda akan masuk secara otomatis.
