- 3.anonym.legal 덱 아이콘을 클릭하여 패널을 활성화하세요.
- 4.아이콘이 보이지 않으면 사이드바를 닫았다가 다시 열어 보세요.
연결 오류

왜 이런 일이 발생하나요?
확장 프로그램은 https://anonym.legal의 anonym.legal API와 통신하려면 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다. 방화벽, 프록시 또는 네트워크 문제로 인해 연결이 차단될 수 있습니다.
해결 방법
- 1.브라우저에서 https://anonym.legal을 방문하여 인터넷 연결을 확인하세요.
- 2.방화벽이나 회사 프록시가 anonym.legal로의 HTTPS 연결을 허용하는지 확인하세요.

익명화 후 서식 문제
익명화 후 텍스트 서식이 손실되거나 변경됩니다.
왜 이런 일이 발생하나요?
서식 유지는 Writer에서만 지원됩니다. Calc와 Impress는 서식 없이 일반 텍스트를 처리합니다. 복잡한 서식(표, 중첩 스타일, 변경 내용 추적)은 완전히 보존되지 않을 수 있습니다.
해결 방법
- 서식에 민감한 문서에는 Writer를 사용하고 있는지 확인하세요.
- 복잡한 레이아웃의 경우 선택 모드를 사용하여 섹션별로 처리하는 것을 고려하세요.
- 적용 직후 Ctrl+Z (macOS에서는 Cmd+Z)를 사용하여 실행 취소하고 다른 방법을 시도하세요.
암호화 키가 나타나지 않음
저장된 암호화 키가 키 선택기 드롭다운에 나타나지 않습니다.
왜 이런 일이 발생하나요?
키를 사용하려면 제로 지식 인증이 활성화되어야 합니다. ZK 인증 없이는 키 암호화 키(KEK)를 파생할 수 없으므로 저장된 키를 복호화할 수 없습니다.
해결 방법
- 1.로그인 양식에서 제로 지식 인증을 활성화하세요.
- 2.ZK 인증을 활성화한 상태로 로그아웃 후 다시 로그인하세요.
- 3.키 관리 패널을 확인하세요. ZK 인증 후 키가 나타나야 합니다.
세션 만료
예기치 않게 로그아웃되거나 인증 오류가 표시됩니다.
왜 이런 일이 발생하나요?
인증 크레딧은 60분 후에 만료됩니다. 확장 프로그램은 빠른 재인증을 위해 7일간 자격 증명을 캐시하지만, 활성 세션의 유효 기간은 더 짧습니다.
해결 방법
- 1.로그인 버튼을 다시 클릭하세요. 자격 증명이 캐시된 경우 자동으로 로그인됩니다.
- 2.자격 증명을 묻는 경우 이메일과 비밀번호를 다시 입력하세요.
- 3.캐시된 자격 증명 재인증 기능을 사용하려면 ZK 인증을 활성화하세요.

ZK 인증은 비밀번호가 절대 기기 밖으로 나가지 않음을 의미합니다. 대신 Argon2id (64MB 메모리, 3회 반복, 병렬 처리=1)를 사용하여 암호화 증명이 파생되어 서버로 전송됩니다. 이를 통해 서버가 원시 암호화 키를 볼 수 없는 보안 키 관리가 가능합니다.
토큰 시스템은 어떻게 작동하나요?
각 익명화 작업은 처리된 텍스트 길이에 따라 토큰을 소비합니다. 무료 계정은 200토큰을 받습니다. 유료 플랜은 1,000~10,000토큰을 제공합니다. 토큰 잔액은 사이드바에 표시됩니다.
Calc는 셀 서식을 유지하나요?
아니요. 서식 유지는 Writer에서만 사용할 수 있습니다. Calc는 셀 내용을 일반 텍스트로 처리합니다. 셀 구조(행과 열)는 유지되지만 셀 내의 텍스트 서식은 보존되지 않습니다.
