扩展未加载

为什么会发生这种情况？

.oxt 包可能未正确安装，或 LibreOffice 需要在安装后重启。

解决方法

  1. 1.完全关闭所有 LibreOffice 窗口。

解决方法

  2. 2.在右侧边缘的侧边栏面板标签中查找 anonym.legal 图标。
  3. 3.点击 anonym.legal 面板图标以激活面板。
  4. 4.如图标不可见，请尝试关闭并重新打开侧边栏。

连接错误

扩展无法连接到 anonym.legal API。

为什么会发生这种情况？

扩展需要互联网连接才能与 https://anonym.legal 上的 anonym.legal API 通信。防火墙、代理或网络问题可能会阻止连接。

解决方法

  1. 1.通过在浏览器中访问 https://anonym.legal 检查您的网络连接。
  2. 2.确认您的防火墙或企业代理允许到 anonym.legal 的 HTTPS 连接。
  3. 3.检查 API 是否可访问：https://anonym.legal/mcp/health
  4. 4.退出登录并重新登录以刷新身份验证令牌。

匿名化后出现格式问题

匿名化后文本格式丢失或发生变化。

为什么会发生这种情况？

格式保留仅在 Writer 中受支持。Calc 和 Impress 处理的是不含格式的纯文本。包含表格、嵌套样式或修订记录的复杂格式可能无法完整保留。

解决方法

  • 确认您正在使用 Writer 处理对格式敏感的文档。
  • 对于复杂布局，考虑使用选择模式逐段处理。
  • 应用后立即使用 Ctrl+Z（macOS 上为 Cmd+Z）撤销并尝试其他方法。

加密密钥未显示

已保存的加密密钥未出现在密钥选择器下拉列表中。

为什么会发生这种情况？

密钥需要启用零知识身份验证。如未启用 ZK 身份验证，则无法派生密钥加密密钥（KEK），因此无法解密已保存的密钥。

解决方法

  1. 1.在登录表单中启用零知识身份验证。
  2. 2.退出登录并使用已启用的 ZK 身份验证重新登录。
  3. 3.检查密钥管理面板——ZK 身份验证后密钥应会显示。

会话已过期

您被意外退出登录或看到身份验证错误。

为什么会发生这种情况？

身份验证令牌在 60 分钟后过期。扩展会将您的凭据缓存 7 天以便快速重新验证，但活动会话的有效期较短。

解决方法

  1. 1.再次点击「登录」按钮。如果凭据已缓存，您将自动登录。
  2. 2.如提示输入凭据，请重新输入您的电子邮件和密码。
  3. 3.启用 ZK 身份验证以使用缓存凭据重新验证功能。

可以检测多少种实体类型？

扩展可检测 267 种以上实体类型，包括姓名、地址、电话号码、电子邮件、社会安全号码、信用卡、IBAN、医疗记录以及跨 48 种语言的国家特定标识符。

什么是零知识身份验证？

ZK 身份验证意味着您的密码永远不会离开您的设备。取而代之的是，使用 Argon2id（64 MB 内存，3 次迭代，并行度=1）派生一个加密证明并发送到服务器。这实现了安全的密钥管理，使服务器永远无法看到您的原始加密密钥。

令牌系统如何工作？

每次匿名化操作根据处理的文本长度消耗令牌。免费账户获得 200 个令牌。付费套餐提供 1,000 到 10,000 个令牌。令牌余额显示在侧边栏中。

Calc 是否保留单元格格式？

不保留。格式保留仅在 Writer 中可用。Calc 将单元格内容处理为纯文本。单元格结构（行和列）得以保留，但单元格内的文本格式不会保留。

如何更新扩展？

再次运行 python3 build.py --install 以重新构建并安装最新版本。或者，从「工具」→「扩展管理器」中删除旧版本，然后添加新的 .oxt 文件。

如何卸载扩展？

在 LibreOffice 中打开「工具」→「扩展管理器」，选择 anonym.legal 扩展，然后点击「删除」。重启 LibreOffice 以完成卸载。
