Installeer de Add-in
Er zijn twee manieren om de anonym.legal add-in voor Microsoft Word te installeren.
Optie A: Microsoft AppSource
- 1.Open Microsoft Word
- 2.Ga naar Invoegen → Mijn Add-ins → Winkel
- 3.Zoek naar "anonym.legal"
- 4.Klik op Toevoegen om te installeren
Optie B: Sideload Manifest
- 1.Ga naar Invoegen → Mijn Add-ins → Upload Mijn Add-in
- 2.Voer de manifest-URL in:
https://anonym.legal/office_addin/manifest.xmlSideloading is nuttig voor testen of wanneer AppSource niet beschikbaar is in uw organisatie.
Inloggen
Na installatie verschijnt het add-in paneel aan de rechterkant van Word. Log in met uw anonym.legal-account.
Zero-Knowledge Authenticatie: De add-in ondersteunt ZK-authenticatie. Uw wachtwoord wordt nooit naar de server gestuurd -- alleen een cryptografisch bewijs. Dit betekent dat zelfs wij uw inloggegevens niet kunnen zien.

Analyseer Uw Document
Met een Word-document geopend, klik op de Analyseer-knop in het add-in paneel. De add-in haalt de tekst op en stuurt deze naar de anonym.legal API voor PII-detectie.
- Detecteert 285+ entiteitstypen (namen, BSN's, creditcards, medische dossiers, en meer)
- Ondersteunt 48 detectietalen
- Resultaten verschijnen in een lijst met entiteitstypen, waarden en vertrouwensscores
Bekijk in Voorbeeldvenster
Voordat u wijzigingen aanbrengt, gebruik het Voorbeeldvenster om precies te bekijken wat er zal worden gewijzigd. Het Voorbeeldvenster toont:
- Originele en geanonimiseerde tekst naast elkaar
- Methode-selector -- wissel tussen Vervangen, Maskeren, Redigeren, Hashen of Versleutelen
- Taal- en preset-selectors voor snelle aanpassingen
Kies Methode en Pas Toe
Selecteer uw voorkeur voor de anonimiseringsmethode en klik op Toepassen om het document te wijzigen.
"John Smith" → "<PERSON_1>". Omkeerbaar met mappingbestand.
"john@example.com" → "j***@e******.com". Behoudt opmaak.
"John Smith" → "[REDIGEERD]". Onomkeerbaar, maximale privacy.
"John Smith" → "a1b2c3d4...". Consistent over documenten.
Volledig omkeerbaar met de juiste versleutelsleutel. Het beste voor workflows die de-anonimisering vereisen.
Tips voor Eerste Gebruikers
- Gebruik het Voorbeeldvenster -- bekijk altijd gedetecteerde entiteiten voordat u toepast. U kunt de methode, taal en preset vanuit de preview wijzigen.
- Ctrl+Z om ongedaan te maken -- als u anonimisering toepast en wilt terugdraaien, gebruik dan de standaard Ctrl+Z van Word (Cmd+Z op Mac) om de wijzigingen ongedaan te maken.
- Sla presets op -- als u regelmatig vergelijkbare documenten anonimiseert, maak dan een preset om uw entiteitselectie, methode en operatorconfiguratie op te slaan.
- Behoud Opmaak -- schakel deze optie in de instellingen in om vet, cursief en onderstreepte opmaak te behouden bij het anonimiseren.
