Ci sono due modi per installare l'add-in anonym.legal per Microsoft Word.
Opzione A: Microsoft AppSource

- 3.Cerca "anonym.legal"
- 4.Clicca Aggiungi per installare
Opzione B: Sideload Manifest
- 1.Vai su Inserisci → I miei componenti aggiuntivi → Carica il mio componente aggiuntivo
- 2.Inserisci l'URL del manifesto:

Dopo l'installazione, il pannello dell'add-in appare sul lato destro di Word. Accedi con il tuo account anonym.legal.
Autenticazione Zero-Knowledge: L'add-in supporta l'autenticazione ZK. La tua password non viene mai inviata al server -- solo una prova crittografica. Questo significa che nemmeno noi possiamo vedere le tue credenziali.

Analizza il Tuo Documento
Con un documento Word aperto, clicca il pulsante Analizza nel pannello dell'add-in. L'add-in estrae il testo e lo invia all'API anonym.legal per la rilevazione di PII.

Rivedi nella Finestra di Anteprima
Prima di applicare le modifiche, utilizza la Finestra di Anteprima per rivedere esattamente cosa verrà cambiato. La Finestra di Anteprima mostra:
- Testo originale e anonimizzato affiancati
- Selettore di metodo -- passa tra Sostituisci, Maschera, Redigi, Hash o Cripta
- Selettori di lingua e preset per regolazioni rapide
Scegli Metodo e Applica
Seleziona il tuo metodo di anonimizzazione preferito e clicca Applica per modificare il documento.
"John Smith" → "<PERSON_1>". Reversibile con file di mapping.
"john@example.com" → "j***@e******.com". Preserva il formato.
"John Smith" → "[REDACTED]". Irreversibile, massimo riserbo.
"John Smith" → "a1b2c3d4...". Coerente tra i documenti.
Completamente reversibile con la corretta chiave di crittografia. Ideale per flussi di lavoro che richiedono de-anonimizzazione.
Suggerimenti per i Nuovi Utenti
- Utilizza la Finestra di Anteprima -- rivedi sempre le entità rilevate prima di applicare. Puoi cambiare il metodo, la lingua e il preset dall'interno dell'anteprima.
- Ctrl+Z per annullare -- se applichi l'anonimizzazione e vuoi tornare indietro, usa il Ctrl+Z standard di Word (Cmd+Z su Mac) per annullare le modifiche.
- Salva preset -- se anonimizzi documenti simili regolarmente, crea un preset per salvare la tua selezione di entità, metodo e configurazione dell'operatore.
- Preserva la Formattazione -- abilita questa opzione nelle impostazioni per mantenere il grassetto, il corsivo e il sottolineato durante l'anonimizzazione.
