Instal·la l'Add-in
Hi ha dues maneres d'instal·lar l'add-in anonym.legal per a Microsoft Word.
Opció A: Microsoft AppSource
- 1.Obriu Microsoft Word
- 2.Vés a Inserir → Els meus add-ins → Botiga
- 3.Cerca "anonym.legal"
- 4.Fes clic a Afegir per instal·lar
Opció B: Sideload Manifest
- 1.Vés a Inserir → Els meus add-ins → Puja el meu add-in
- 2.Introdueix l'URL del manifest:
https://anonym.legal/office_addin/manifest.xmlEl sideloading és útil per a proves o quan AppSource no està disponible a la vostra organització.
Iniciar Sessió
Després de la instal·lació, el panell de l'add-in apareix a la part dreta de Word. Inicieu sessió amb el vostre compte anonym.legal.
Autenticació Zero-Knowledge: L'add-in admet autenticació ZK. La vostra contrasenya mai s'envia al servidor -- només una prova criptogràfica. Això significa que ni nosaltres podem veure les vostres credencials.

Analitzeu el vostre Document
Amb un document de Word obert, feu clic al botó Analitzar al panell de l'add-in. L'add-in extreu el text i l'envia a l'API anonym.legal per a la detecció de PII.

Revisar a la finestra de vista prèvia

Trieu Mètode i Apliqueu
Seleccioneu el vostre mètode d'anonimització preferit i feu clic a Aplicar per modificar el document.
"John Smith" → "<PERSON_1>". Reversible amb fitxer de mapeig.
"john@example.com" → "j***@e******.com". Manté el format.
"John Smith" → "[REDACTED]". Irreversible, màxima privadesa.
"John Smith" → "a1b2c3d4...". Consistent a través dels documents.
Totalment reversible amb la clau de xifratge correcta. Millor per a fluxos de treball que requereixen desanonimització.
Consells per a Usuaris Novells
- Utilitzeu la finestra de vista prèvia -- reviseu sempre les entitats detectades abans d'aplicar. Podeu canviar el mètode, l'idioma i la preconfiguració des de la vista prèvia.
- Ctrl+Z per desfer -- si apliqueu l'anonimització i voleu revertir, utilitzeu el Ctrl+Z estàndard de Word (Cmd+Z a Mac) per desfer els canvis.
- Desa preconfiguracions -- si anonimitzeu documents similars regularment, creeu una preconfiguració per desar la vostra selecció d'entitats, mètode i configuració d'operador.
- Preserveu el format -- activeu aquesta opció a la configuració per mantenir el format de negreta, cursiva i subratllat quan anonimitzeu.
