Logga In
Efter installationen visas tilläggspanelen på höger sida av Word. Logga in med ditt anonym.legal-konto.
Zero-Knowledge Authentication: Tillägget stöder ZK-autentisering. Ditt lösenord skickas aldrig till servern -- endast ett kryptografiskt bevis. Detta innebär att även vi inte kan se dina referenser.

Analysera Ditt Dokument
Med ett Word-dokument öppet, klicka på Analysera-knappen i tilläggspanelen. Tillägget extraherar texten och skickar den till anonym.legal API för PII-detektering.
- Identifierar 260+ entitetstyper (namn, personnummer, kreditkort, medicinska journaler och mer)
- Stöder 48 detekteringsspråk
- Resultat visas i en lista med entitetstyper, värden och förtroendepoäng
Granska i Förhandsgranskningsfönster
Innan du tillämpar ändringar, använd Förhandsgranskningsfönstret för att granska exakt vad som kommer att ändras. Förhandsgranskningsfönstret visar:
- Sidvid sida original och anonymiserad text
- Metodväljare -- växla mellan Ersätt, Maskera, Redigera, Hasha eller Kryptera
- Språk- och förinställningsväljare för snabba justeringar
Välj Metod och Tillämpa
Välj din föredragna anonymiseringsmetod och klicka på Tillämpa för att modifiera dokumentet.
"John Smith" → "<PERSON_1>". Återställbar med mappningsfil.
"john@example.com" → "j***@e******.com". Bevarar format.
"John Smith" → "[REDIGERAD]". Oåterkallelig, maximal sekretess.
"John Smith" → "a1b2c3d4...". Konsistent över dokument.
Helt återställbar med rätt krypteringsnyckel. Bäst för arbetsflöden som kräver de-anonymisering.
Tips för Första Gångs Användare
- Använd Förhandsgranskningsfönstret -- granska alltid detekterade entiteter innan du tillämpar. Du kan ändra metod, språk och förinställning från förhandsgranskningen.
- Ctrl+Z för att ångra -- om du tillämpar anonymisering och vill återgå, använd Words standard Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z på Mac) för att ångra ändringarna.
- Spara förinställningar -- om du anonymiserar liknande dokument regelbundet, skapa en förinställning för att spara din entitetsval, metod och operatörskonfiguration.
- Bevara Formatering -- aktivera detta alternativ i inställningarna för att behålla fet, kursiv och understruken formatering vid anonymisering.
