Installer tilføjelsen
Der er to måder at installere anonym.legal tilføjelsen til Microsoft Word.
Mulighed A: Microsoft AppSource
- 1.Åbn Microsoft Word
- 2.Gå til Indsæt → Mine tilføjelser → Butik
- 3.Søg efter "anonym.legal"
- 4.Klik på Tilføj for at installere
Mulighed B: Sideload Manifest
- 1.Gå til Indsæt → Mine tilføjelser → Upload min tilføjelse
- 2.Indtast manifest-URL:

Log ind
Efter installationen vises tilføjelsespanelet på højre side af Word. Log ind med din anonym.legal-konto.
Zero-Knowledge Authentication: Tilføjelsen understøtter ZK auth. Din adgangskode sendes aldrig til serveren -- kun et kryptografisk bevis. Dette betyder, at selv vi ikke kan se dine legitimationsoplysninger.

Analyser dit dokument
Når et Word-dokument er åbent, skal du klikke på Analyser-knappen i tilføjelsespanelet. Tilføjelsen udtrækker teksten og sender den til anonym.legal API til PII-detektion.

Gennemgå i forhåndsvisningsvinduet
Før du anvender ændringer, skal du bruge forhåndsvisningsvinduet til at gennemgå præcist, hvad der vil blive ændret. Forhåndsvisningsvinduet viser:
- Side om side original og anonymiseret tekst
- Metodevælger -- skift mellem Erstat, Maskér, Rediger, Hash eller Krypter
- Sprog- og forudindstillingsvælgere til hurtige justeringer
Vælg metode og anvend
Vælg din foretrukne anonymiseringsmetode og klik på Anvend for at ændre dokumentet.
"John Smith" → "<PERSON_1>". Omvendelig med kortlægningsfil.
"john@example.com" → "j***@e******.com". Bevarer format.
"John Smith" → "[REDACTED]". Uomgængelig, maksimal privatliv.
"John Smith" → "a1b2c3d4...". Konsistent på tværs af dokumenter.
Fuldstændig omvendelig med den korrekte krypteringsnøgle. Bedst til arbejdsgange, der kræver de-anonymisering.
Tips til førstegangsbrugere
- Brug forhåndsvisningsvinduet -- gennemgå altid registrerede enheder, før du anvender. Du kan ændre metoden, sproget og forudindstillingen fra forhåndsvisningen.
- Ctrl+Z for at fortryde -- hvis du anvender anonymisering og ønsker at fortryde, brug Words standard Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z på Mac) for at fortryde ændringerne.
- Gem forudindstillinger -- hvis du anonymiserer lignende dokumenter regelmæssigt, skal du oprette en forudindstilling for at gemme dit valg af enheder, metode og konfiguration af operatører.
- Bevar formatering -- aktiver denne mulighed i indstillingerne for at opretholde fed, kursiv og understregning formatering ved anonymisering.
