Postoje dva načina za instalaciju anonym.legal dodatka za Microsoft Word.
Opcija A: Microsoft AppSource
- 1.Otvorite Microsoft Word
- 2.Idite na Umetni → Moji dodaci → Trgovina
- 3.Pretražite "anonym.legal"
- 4.Kliknite Dodaj za instalaciju
Opcija B: Sideload Manifest
- 1.Idite na Umetni → Moji dodaci → Učitaj moj dodatak
- 2.Unesite URL manifestacije:

Prijavite se
Nakon instalacije, panel dodatka pojavljuje se s desne strane Word-a. Prijavite se sa svojim anonym.legal računom.

Analizirajte svoj dokument

- Odabir metode -- prebacite se između Zamjene, Maskiranja, Redigiranja, Hashiranja ili Šifriranja

Odaberite metodu i primijenite
Odaberite svoju omiljenu metodu anonimizacije i kliknite Primijeni za izmjenu dokumenta.
"John Smith" → "<PERSON_1>". Reverzibilno s datotekom mapiranja.
"john@example.com" → "j***@e******.com". Održava format.
"John Smith" → "[REDAKTIRANO]". Irreverzibilno, maksimalna privatnost.
"John Smith" → "a1b2c3d4...". Dosljedno kroz dokumente.
Potpuno reverzibilno s ispravnim ključem za šifriranje. Najbolje za radne tokove koji zahtijevaju deanonimizaciju.
Savjeti za korisnike prvi put
- Koristite prozor za pregled -- uvijek pregledajte otkrivene entitete prije primjene. Možete promijeniti metodu, jezik i predložak iz unutar pregleda.
- Ctrl+Z za poništavanje -- ako primijenite anonimizaciju i želite se vratiti, koristite standardni Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z na Mac-u) za poništavanje promjena.
