5 Anonymization Methods
Pumili ng tamang method para sa iyong use case. Bawat method ay maaaring i-apply nang global o per entity type gamit ang per-entity operators.
Pinapalitan ang PII gamit ang typed tokens tulad ng <PERSON_1>, <EMAIL_ADDRESS_1>. Consistent sa loob ng isang dokumento — ang parehong pangalan ay palaging nakakakuha ng parehong token.
Reversible gamit ang replacement mapping.

Presets

Preset Management

Encryption Keys

ZK-Wrapped Storage

Auto-Load

Session Persistence

Preview Dialog

Entity Table

Format Preservation (Writer Only)
Kapag nag-anonymize sa Writer, ang extension ay nag-preserve ng orihinal na text formatting. Ang replacement text ay nag-inherit ng parehong visual style tulad ng orihinal.
Font Properties Preserved
Font Name, Font Size, Bold, Italic, Font Color, Underline, Strikethrough
Paragraph Properties Preserved
Alignment, First-Line Indent, Left Margin, Right Margin
Note: Ang format preservation ay available lamang sa Writer. Ang Calc at Impress ay nag-process ng plain text content nang walang formatting.
Document Support
Ang extension ay gumagana sa tatlong LibreOffice applications, bawat isa ay may application-specific document handling.
Writer
Full text extraction na may selection support. Format preservation para sa bold, italic, underline, font name, font size, color, at highlight. Nag-process ng mga paragraph nang indibidwal.
Calc
Nag-process ng cell contents bilang tab-separated text. Nag-analyze at nag-anonymize ng teksto sa loob ng individual cells sa mga sheet.
Impress
Nag-extract ng teksto mula sa slide text objects (shapes). Nag-process ng text content mula sa lahat ng slides sa presentation.
Multi-Language Detection
Ang extension ay nag-detect ng PII sa 48 languages. Itakda ang detection language sa sidebar o baguhin ito mula sa preview dialog. Ang language ay tumutukoy kung aling NER models at regex patterns ang ia-apply.
Quick Actions
Ang extension ay nag-register ng toolbar commands para sa mabilis na access sa mga karaniwang operations.

Anonymize Selection

Analyze Selection

Chunked Processing
Ang malalaking dokumento ay nino-process sa manageable chunks upang masiguro ang reliable results at maiwasan ang timeouts.
Chunk Size
8,000 characters bawat chunk na may 400-character overlap upang maiwasan ang entity splitting sa mga boundaries.
Size Limit
Maximum document size na 10 MB. Ang mga dokumento na lumalampas sa limitang ito ay dapat na hatiin o i-process ayon sa seksyon.
Request Timeout
120-second timeout bawat API request. Ang malalaking chunks ay maaaring nangangailangan ng maraming requests.
