基本
- トークンとは何ですか？
- トークンは anonym.legal の利用クレジットです。分析、匿名化、復号の各操作ごとに、アカウント残高から少量が差し引かれます。各操作の前に正確なコストが表示され、成功した操作にのみトークンが消費されます。
- 課金トークンとトークン化 PII プレースホルダーの違いは何ですか？
- 同じ「トークン」という言葉ですが意味が異なります。課金トークンは操作に消費するクレジットです。トークン化 PII プレースホルダー（例：<PERSON_1>）は、匿名化時にテキスト内の実名を置き換える技術的な文字列です。プレースホルダーごとに課金されるのではなく、操作ごとに課金されます。
- 現在のトークン残高を確認するには？
- ウェブアプリでは Settings → Account へ移動します。API では、無料の /api/mcp/balance エンドポイントまたは anonym_legal_get_balance MCP ツールを呼び出します。どちらも残高、サイクル開始日、サイクル終了日を返します。
割り当てと制限
- 各プランで何トークン付与されますか？
- Free：30 日サイクルあたり 200 トークン。Basic（€3 / 月）：31 日サイクルあたり 1,000 トークン。Pro（€15 / 月）：4,000 トークン。Business（€29 / 月）：10,000 トークン。未使用トークンは翌サイクルに繰り越されません。
- 未使用トークンは次のサイクルに繰り越されますか？
- いいえ。トークンの割り当てとトップアップはどちらも各請求サイクルの終了時にリセットされます。計画的に使用し、使う直前にトップアップを購入してください。
コストと見積もり
- テキスト 1 ページの分析にかかるコストは？
- PII が密集した 5,000 文字のページは約 193 トークンかかります。1,000 文字のページは約 39 トークンです。PII が少ないテキストはさらに安くなります。正確なコストはウェブアプリの各操作ボタンの横と、API の無料見積もりエンドポイントで確認できます。
- 操作実行前にコストを見積もるには？
- 2 つの方法があります。ウェブアプリでは、各操作ボタンの横にコストのプレビューが表示されます。API では、無料の anonym_legal_estimate_cost MCP ツールを使用してください。操作を実行せずに正確な控除額を返します。
- トークンコストの目安は？
- おおよそ分析テキスト 25 文字あたり 1 トークン、さらにエンティティごとの小さなオーバーヘッドが加算されます。テキストがまばらなほどエンティティ項が小さくなり、コストが下がります。匿名化は分析コストに小さな適用ステップコストが加算されます。復号は最も安い操作です。
- オペレーターを変えるとコストが変わりますか？
- いいえ。置換、削除、マスク、ハッシュ、暗号化はすべて同じ入力に対して実質的に同じコストです。予算ではなく、プライバシー目標に合ったオペレーターを選んでください。
- テキストの言語によってコストは変わりますか？
- コストは文字数と検出されたエンティティによって決まり、言語には依存しません。サポートされている 48 言語のいずれかの短い文章は、わずかなトークンしかかかりません。
エッジケース
- タスクの途中でトークンが不足した場合はどうなりますか？
- 次の操作で 402 Payment Required レスポンスが返され、正確な不足量が示されます。有料プランの場合はすぐにトップアップを購入するか、サイクルのリセットを待つことができます。
- 失敗した操作にはトークンがかかりますか？
- いいえ。トークンは操作が成功した後にのみ差し引かれます。バリデーションエラー、サーバーエラー、拒否されたリクエストはトークンを消費しません。
- AI エンティティ作成の料金はどのように機能しますか？
- AI でカスタムエンティティ認識器を作成すると、リクエストごとに一律 50 トークンが現在のサイクル残高から差し引かれます。コストは各呼び出し前に表示され、事前通知により変更される場合があります。
トップアップと有効期限
- サイクル中にトークンを追加購入できますか？
- はい — Basic、Pro、Business プランではトップアップを購入できます。レート：Basic €1 = 250 トークン、Pro €1 = 300 トークン、Business €1 = 350 トークン。Free プランのユーザーはトップアップを有効にするためにアップグレードが必要です。
- トップアップトークンは有効期限がありますか？
- はい。トップアップトークンは月次割り当てと同様に、次のサイクルリセット時に有効期限が切れます。繰り越しはされません。
