Anonimiseer PII rechtstreeks in Nextcloud

Twee bijbehorende apps brengen de PII-detectie en anonimisering van anonym.legal naar uw Nextcloud-omgeving: een volledige-pagina-editor voor tekst- en bestandsanalyse, en een Files-zijbalktabblad voor anonimisering met een rechtermuisklik. Vereist een anonym.legal-account op het Basic-plan of hoger.

Twee bijbehorende apps

Installeer er één of beide, afhankelijk van hoe u werkt.

Anonym Anonymizer

Een zelfstandige app met een volledige-pagina-UI voor tekst- en bestandsanalyse. Gebruik de bestandskiezer om een tekstbestand uit Nextcloud te selecteren, bekijk geanonimiseerde inhoud vóór het opslaan, en kies uit 6 anonimiseringsmethoden (vervangen, maskeren, redigeren, hashen, behouden, versleutelen).

Anonym Files

Voegt een rechtermuisklikactie "Anonimiseren met anonym.legal" en een zijbalktabblad rechtstreeks toe aan Nextcloud Files, met de volledige analyseren/anonimiseren/de-anonimiseren-workflow. Als Anonym Anonymizer ook is geïnstalleerd, deelt Anonym Files automatisch dezelfde API-sleutelconfiguratie.

Installatie

Deze apps zijn nog niet gepubliceerd in de Nextcloud App Store, dus installatie gebeurt handmatig — dezelfde bestand-vervangingsmechaniek die elke Nextcloud-app-update gebruikt.

  1. 1Download het app-archief (of de app-archieven) voor de app(s) die u wilt vanaf de GitHub-releasespagina.
  2. 2Pak het archief uit in de apps/-map van uw Nextcloud-omgeving.
  3. 3Voer occ upgrade uit (of occ app:enable anonym_anonymizer / anonym_files) als uw Nextcloud-beheerder, zodat Nextcloud de nieuwe app oppikt.
  4. 4Schakel de app(s) in via de Nextcloud-beheerderslijst met apps en configureer vervolgens uw anonym.legal API-token in de persoonlijke instellingen van de app.

Integratie-specifiek API-token — veiliger door ontwerp

Beide apps authenticeren bij anonym.legal met een integratie-specifiek API-token, niet met uw volledige accounttoken. Een integratietoken kan tekst en bestanden analyseren en anonimiseren, maar kan geen ontsleuteld sleutelmateriaal ophalen — zelfs als de Nextcloud-server waarop het draait gecompromitteerd zou worden, kan de aanvaller dat token niet gebruiken om uw geschiedenis van omkeerbare versleuteling te ontsleutelen. Genereer er één via uw anonym.legal-accountinstellingen.

Beheer API-tokens

Vereist het Basic-plan of hoger

Beide Nextcloud-apps vereisen een anonym.legal-account op het Basic-plan of hoger. Het gratis plan omvat geen API-toegang, waarvan deze apps afhankelijk zijn.

Een melding voor handmatige upgrade, geen automatische update

Beide apps controleren periodiek op een nieuwere versie en tonen een eenvoudige beheerdersmelding met een link naar het wijzigingslogboek wanneer er één beschikbaar is. Er wordt niets automatisch geïnstalleerd — upgraden verloopt altijd via de handmatige bestand-vervangingsstappen en occ upgrade van deze pagina, uitgevoerd door uw Nextcloud-beheerder, op uw eigen moment.

Moet ik beide apps installeren?

Nee. Installeer Anonym Anonymizer voor een volledige-pagina-editor, Anonym Files voor anonimisering via rechtermuisklik/zijbalk in Nextcloud Files, of beide — ze delen automatisch uw API-tokenconfiguratie wanneer beide aanwezig zijn.

Staan deze apps in de Nextcloud App Store?

Nog niet. Installeer ze handmatig vanaf de GitHub-releasespagina met de standaard Nextcloud bestand-vervangings- en occ upgrade-stappen, op dezelfde manier als elke niet-App-Store Nextcloud-app wordt geïnstalleerd en bijgewerkt.

Werken de apps zichzelf bij?

Nee. Ze tonen een melding voor handmatige upgrade wanneer een nieuwere versie beschikbaar is, met een link naar het wijzigingslogboek. Uw Nextcloud-beheerder beslist wanneer deze wordt geïnstalleerd, met dezelfde handmatige stappen als bij de eerste installatie.

Is het API-token dat deze apps gebruiken veilig om op een gedeelde Nextcloud-server op te slaan?

Het is een integratie-specifiek token, dat opzettelijk beperkter is dan uw volledige accounttoken: het kan inhoud analyseren en anonimiseren, maar kan geen ontsleuteld sleutelmateriaal uit uw account ophalen, in tegenstelling tot een volledig accounttoken.

Nextcloud 28 tot en met 31, met PHP 8.1 of hoger.
