Anonymisera PII direkt i Nextcloud

Två kompletterande appar tar med anonym.legals PII-detektering och anonymisering in i din Nextcloud-instans: en helsidesredigerare för text- och filanalys, samt en flik i sidopanelen Filer för anonymisering via högerklick. Kräver ett anonym.legal-konto på Basic-planen eller högre.

Två kompletterande appar

Installera en eller båda, beroende på hur du arbetar.

Anonym Anonymizer

En fristående app med ett helsidesgränssnitt för text- och filanalys. Använd filväljaren för att välja valfri textfil från Nextcloud, förhandsgranska anonymiserat innehåll innan du sparar, och välj mellan 6 anonymiseringsmetoder (ersätt, maskera, maskering, hasha, behåll, kryptera).

Anonym Files

Lägger till en "Anonymisera med anonym.legal"-åtgärd via högerklick och en flik i sidopanelen direkt i Nextcloud Filer, med hela arbetsflödet för analys / anonymisering / avanonymisering. Om Anonym Anonymizer också är installerad delar Anonym Files automatiskt dess API-nyckelkonfiguration.

Installation

Dessa appar är ännu inte publicerade i Nextcloud App Store, så installationen sker manuellt — samma filutbytesmekanik som varje Nextcloud-appuppdatering använder.

  1. 1Ladda ned apparkivet/-en för den/de app(ar) du vill ha från GitHub releases-sidan.
  2. 2Extrahera arkivet till din Nextcloud-instans apps/-katalog.
  3. 3Kör occ upgrade (eller occ app:enable anonym_anonymizer / anonym_files) som din Nextcloud-administratör så att Nextcloud upptäcker den nya appen.
  4. 4Aktivera appen/apparna i Nextclouds admin-applista, konfigurera sedan din anonym.legal API-token i appens personliga inställningar.

API-token med begränsat omfång för integrationer — säkrare från grunden

Båda apparna autentiserar mot anonym.legal med en integrationsavgränsad API-token, inte din fullständiga kontotoken. En integrationstoken kan analysera och anonymisera text och filer, men kan inte hämta dekrypterat nyckelmaterial — så även om Nextcloud-servern den finns på skulle bli komprometterad kan angriparen inte använda den tokenen för att dekryptera din historik för reversibel kryptering. Skapa en från dina anonym.legal-kontoinställningar.

Båda Nextcloud-apparna kräver ett anonym.legal-konto på Basic-planen eller högre. Den kostnadsfria planen inkluderar inte API-åtkomst, som dessa appar är beroende av.

Ett meddelande om manuell uppgradering, inte en automatisk uppdatering

Båda apparna kontrollerar regelbundet om en nyare version finns och visar ett enkelt admin-meddelande med en länk till ändringsloggen när en sådan är tillgänglig. Inget installeras automatiskt — uppgradering sker alltid genom denna sidas manuella filutbytes- och occ upgrade-steg, utförda av din Nextcloud-administratör, enligt ditt eget schema.

Vanliga frågor

Måste jag installera båda apparna?

Nej. Installera Anonym Anonymizer för en helsidesredigerare, Anonym Files för anonymisering via högerklick/sidopanel i Nextcloud Filer, eller båda — de delar din API-tokenkonfiguration automatiskt när båda finns.

Finns dessa appar i Nextcloud App Store?

Inte än. Installera dem manuellt från GitHub releases-sidan med de vanliga Nextcloud-stegen för filutbyte och occ upgrade, på samma sätt som varje Nextcloud-app utanför App Store installeras och uppdateras.

Uppdaterar apparna sig själva?

Nej. De visar ett meddelande om manuell uppgradering när en nyare version är tillgänglig, med en länk till ändringsloggen. Din Nextcloud-administratör bestämmer när den ska installeras, med samma manuella steg som vid den ursprungliga installationen.

Är API-token som dessa appar använder säker att lagra på en delad Nextcloud-server?

Det är en integrationsavgränsad token, som medvetet är mer begränsad än din fullständiga kontotoken: den kan analysera och anonymisera innehåll, men kan inte hämta dekrypterat nyckelmaterial från ditt konto, till skillnad från en fullständig kontotoken.
