Installeer Anonym Anonymizer en Anonym Files in Nextcloud, stel de backend-API-URL in, en verbind een integratietoken om vandaag nog PII te redigeren.
Installeer beide apps
De apps zijn nog niet gepubliceerd in de Nextcloud App Store, dus installatie gebeurt handmatig — dezelfde bestand-vervangingsmechaniek die elke Nextcloud-app-update gebruikt.
- 1.Download de app-archieven van Anonym Anonymizer en Anonym Files vanaf de GitHub-releasespagina.
- 2.Pak elk archief uit in de apps/-map van uw Nextcloud-omgeving, waarbij eventuele bestaande bestanden voor die app worden vervangen.
- 3.Voer occ upgrade uit als uw Nextcloud-beheerder (of occ app:enable anonym_anonymizer / anonym_files), zodat Nextcloud de nieuwe app oppikt.
- 4.Schakel beide apps in via de Nextcloud-beheerderslijst met apps.
Configureer de backend-API-URL
Beide apps communiceren met de API van anonym.legal via een URL die u in de persoonlijke instellingen van elke app configureert. Gebruik de juiste host voor uw omgeving:
https://anonymize.businessDEV: https://anonymize.business — de standaardwaarde van de Nextcloud-apps zolang deze integratie alleen voor ontwikkeling is.https://anonym.legalProductie: https://anonym.legal — schakel over naar deze host zodra de integratie live is voor uw account.
Een tijdens runtime gevalideerde host-allowlist (UrlGuard) weigert elke andere host, dus de geconfigureerde URL moet precies een van deze twee zijn — zie Probleemoplossing als een verzoek wordt geweigerd.
Plak uw integratie-specifieke token
Genereer een integratie-specifiek API-token via uw anonym.legal-accountinstellingen en plak het samen met de backend-API-URL in de persoonlijke instellingen van de app. Beide apps delen automatisch dezelfde tokenconfiguratie wanneer beide zijn geïnstalleerd.
Een integratie-specifiek token kan inhoud analyseren en anonimiseren, maar kan geen ontsleuteld sleutelmateriaal uit uw account ophalen — opzettelijk beperkter dan een volledig accounttoken, zodat een gecompromitteerde Nextcloud-server niet kan worden gebruikt om uw geschiedenis van omkeerbare versleuteling te ontsleutelen.
