Hoe MSP's een privacypraktijk kunnen opschalen voor tientallen GDPR-klanten

Een GDPR-adviesbureau bedient 35 Duitse mkb-bedrijven. Elk heeft PII-anonimisering nodig die is ingesteld voor zijn eigen documenttypen en ID-formaten.

Zonder gedeelde presets duurt de setup 3 uur per opdracht. Vermenigvuldig met 35. Dat is 105 uur jaarlijkse installatiewerk. Niet meegerekend: updates, nieuwe onboarding of aangepaste wijzigingen.

De MSP-uitdaging

Preset kopiëren en aanpassen:

Wanneer een nieuwe klant vergelijkbare eisen heeft als een bestaande klant, kopieert de MSP een bestaande preset en past kleine afwijkingen aan. De basisentiteitsset blijft gelijk; alleen klantspecifieke ID-formaten worden toegevoegd.

Presets delen:

Presets kunnen worden gedeeld met klantaccounts. De klant ziet de preset maar kan de DPO-vergrendelde configuratie niet wijzigen.

Facturering en efficiëntie

Voor een MSP met 35 klanten:

  • Zonder presets: 105 uur setup per jaar, 5+ uur per klantupdate
  • Met presets: 30 minuten setup per nieuwe klant, 15 minuten per update

Tijdsbesparing: 100+ uur per jaar. Bij €100–€150 per uur: €10.000–€15.000 bespaard aan interne kosten. Of die uren besteed aan meer klantengroei.
