범위를 선택하고 문서에서 PII 탐지를 실행하세요.

  • 범위 선택: 전체 문서 또는 현재 선택
  • 267가지 이상의 개체 유형이 자동으로 탐지됩니다

Calc에서는 셀 내용이 탭으로 구분된 텍스트로 처리됩니다. Impress에서는 모든 슬라이드 개체의 텍스트가 처리됩니다.

사용 사례에 맞는 5가지 익명화 방법 중 하나를 선택하세요.

교체토큰 교체

PII를 <PERSON_1>, <EMAIL_ADDRESS_1>과 같은 유형화된 크레딧으로 교체합니다. 문서 내에서 일관되게 적용됩니다.

마스킹부분 마스킹

형식을 유지하면서 문자를 별표로 교체합니다. 마지막 4자리와 같은 부분 데이터를 표시하는 데 유용합니다.

편집영구 제거

PII를 완전히 제거하고 [REDACTED]로 교체합니다. 비가역적이므로 원본 데이터를 복구할 수 없습니다.

해싱SHA-256 해시

PII의 암호화 해시를 생성합니다. 동일한 입력은 항상 동일한 해시를 생성하여 문서 간 상관 관계를 파악할 수 있습니다.

암호화AES-256-GCM 암호화

AES-256-GCM으로 PII를 암호화합니다. 올바른 키가 있으면 원본 데이터를 복호화하여 복원할 수 있습니다.

변경 사항을 적용하기 전에 미리보기 대화 상자에서 탐지된 개체를 검토하세요.

  • 미리보기 대화 상자에 최대 50개의 탐지된 개체가 표로 표시됩니다
  • 적용 전에 개별 개체를 선택하거나 선택 취소하세요
  • 개체별 연산자를 사용하여 개체 유형별로 다른 방법을 선택하세요

적용을 클릭하여 문서를 익명화하세요. 필요한 경우 Ctrl+Z (macOS에서는 Cmd+Z)를 사용하여 실행 취소할 수 있습니다.

팁 및 모범 사례

  • 항상 미리보기 대화 상자를 사용하여 적용하기 전에 탐지 결과를 검토하세요. 오탐을 선택 취소할 수 있습니다.
  • 적용 직후 Ctrl+Z (macOS에서는 Cmd+Z)를 사용하여 익명화를 실행 취소하세요.
  • 자주 사용하는 구성을 프리셋으로 저장하여 여러 문서에서 빠르게 재사용하세요.
  • 서식 유지는 Writer에서만 작동합니다. 굵게, 기울임꼴, 밑줄, 글꼴 크기, 글꼴 이름, 색상, 강조 표시가 유지됩니다.
  • 대용량 문서의 경우 정확도를 유지하기 위해 선택 모드를 사용하여 섹션별로 처리하세요.
  • 문서는 경계에서 개체가 누락되지 않도록 400자 겹침을 포함한 8,000자 청크로 처리됩니다.
