PESEL: Standardul Tehnic pe Care il Solicita UODO

PESEL (Powszechny Elektroniczny System Ewidencji Ludnosci) este un numar de 11 cifre al registrului national al populatiei care codifica:

  • Cifrele 1-2: Anul nasterii (ultimele doua cifre)
  • Cifrele 3-4: Luna nasterii (modificata dupa secol: 1800 = 80+luna, 1900 = luna ca atare, 2000 = 20+luna, 2100 = 40+luna)
  • Cifrele 5-6: Ziua nasterii
  • Cifrele 7-10: Numar secvential (numar impar pentru barbati, par pentru femei)
  • Cifra 11: Cifra de control folosind algoritmul: multiplicati cifrele prin greutati (1,3,7,9,1,3,7,9,1,3), sumati, modulo 10, daca rezultatul nu este 0 scadeti din 10

Codificarea secol-luna (80+luna pentru nascutii din 1800, 20+luna pentru nascutii din 2000) este unica pentru PESEL. Instrumentele care se bazeaza exclusiv pe potrivire de tipare fara aceasta logica vor rata numerele de PESEL valide pentru persoanele nascute inainte de 1900 si dupa 1999.

NIP si REGON: Identificatori de Afaceri in Documentele Poloneze

NIP (Numar de Identificare Fiscala): 10 cifre cu cifra de control, utilizat pentru raportarea fiscala.

REGON (Numarul de Registru de Statistica): 9 sau 14 cifre cu suma de control, utilizat pentru inregistrarea intreprinderii.
