Taani Datatilsynet andis 31 GDPR otsust 2024, millest 14 spetsiaalselt seisid seotud tervishoiu andmete süsteemidega - kontsentratsioon peegeldavat kõrget panuseid Taani põhjalikust rahvuslikust tervishoiu andmete infrastruktuurist ja tehniliselt rikkumised, mis korduvalt paljastamiseks patsientide andmete.

CPR-numbrit: modulus-11 nõudmine

CPR numbrit (Det Centrale Personregister-nummer) - 10 numbrit, formaadis DDMMYY-XXXX - kodeerib sünni kuupäeva (numbrid 1-6) ja järjekorraline numbrit koos kontrollnumbrit (numbrid 7-10). Viimane number on valideeritud kasutades modulus-11 aritmeetika:

Modulus-11 kontrolli: korrutada numbrid 1-9 kaludega (4,3,2,7,6,5,4,3,2), summa, võta modulo 11. Kui tulemus on 0, kontrolli number = 0. Kui tulemus on 1, CPR on kehtetu (pole kehtivat kontrolli numbrit olemas selle eesliide jaoks). Muul juhul kontrolli number = 11 miinus tulemus.

See loob oluline omadus et mõned DDMMYY-XXXX mustrid ei saa kunagi kehtiv CPR numbrid (need, millest modulo-11 arvutuse tulemus 1). Tööriisted, mis mustri-matsite 10-numbrit numbrite formaadis DDMMYY-XXXX ilma modulus-11 valideerimise genereerida valeid positiivsed kuupäevast stringdest, viite numbritest, ja arvetest koodidest.

67% üldisest NLP tööriistadest puuduvad CPR modulus-11 rakendamine (Datatilsynet 2024). See tuvastamise puuduse on ühe kõige citeeritavat tehnilist puudulikkust Datatilsynet-i tervishoiu jõustamise toimingutes.

A small desktop tool works on whole folders.

An agent protocol link feeds large models safely.
