ISO 27001: vrednost uskladjenosti nizvodnog lanca snabdevanja

Problem sa upitnicima

Male softverske kompanije gube preduzecne poslove svako tromesecje. Razlog retko je proizvod. Radi se o dokumentaciji.

Preduzecni kupci salju duge bezbednosne upitnike. Tipican obrazac ima 150 pitanja. Pita o formalnim procenama rizika, upravljanju promenama i prethodnim zapisima revizija. Vecina malih timova nema posveceno bezbednosno osoblje. Svaki obrazac zahteva 40 do 80 sati popunjavanja. To je vreme oduzeto od razvoja proizvoda i korisnicke podrske.

Softver cesto nije nebezbbedan. Tim jednostavno ne moze to dovoljno brzo dokazati.

ISO 27001 sertifikacija resava ovo. Sertifikat i njegova Izjava o primenljivosti odgovaraju na vecinu onoga sto obrazac sa 150 pitanja pita. Sertifikovani dobavljac ne mora ponovo graditi dosije dokaza za svaki novi posao. Sertifikat je dosije dokaza.

Vrednost tece nizvodnim lancem

Vrednost ISO 27001 ne staje kod prvog kupca. Krece se nizvodnim lancem snabdevanja.

Preduzecni kupci takodje dobijaju. Stede vreme na radu procene. Dobijaju nezavisni dokaz umesto samoprijavljivanih tvrdnji. Mogu pokazati sopstvenim revizorima da njihov lanac snabdevanja ima dokumentovane bezbednosne kontrole.

Sertifikacija pretvara ponavljajuci trosak po poslu u jednokratnu investiciju. Svaki novi preduzecni potencijalni klijent dobija isti kratki odgovor: evo sertifikata, evo ko ga je izdao, evo datuma.
