Insolvenzrecht ist das deutsche Recht der Zahlungsunfähigkeit, das in der Insolvenzordnung (InsO) und dem Unternehmensstabilisierungs- und -restrukturierungsgesetz (StaRUG) geregelt ist und die geordnete Befriedigung von Gläubigern sowie die Sanierung oder Liquidation überschuldeter Unternehmen und Privatpersonen zum Ziel hat. Insolvenzrecht-Aufgaben verarbeiten regelmäßig hochsensible personenbezogene Daten von Schuldnern, Gläubigern, Beschäftigten und Geschäftspartnern. anonym.legal pseudonymisiert diese Daten in Anträgen, Plänen, Tabellen und Berichten reversibel und EU-konform, damit Insolvenzverwalter, Sanierungsberater und Schuldnervertreter Unterlagen prüfen, teilen und archivieren können, ohne Identitäten unnötig offenzulegen.

  • anonym.legal bereitet ausschließlich die personenbezogenen Daten in Insolvenzunterlagen auf; die Software prüft weder das Vorliegen eines Insolvenzgrundes noch die Schlüssigkeit von Insolvenzplan oder Gläubigerverzeichnis.
  • Für die gerichtliche Einreichung beim Insolvenzgericht ist stets die nicht pseudonymisierte Originalfassung zu verwenden; die anonymisierte Version dient nur internen Abstimmungs- und Prüfzwecken.
  • Komplexe Verflechtungen zwischen Schuldner- und Gläubigergesellschaften in Konzerninsolvenzverfahren (§§ 269a ff. InsO) erfordern manuelle Nachkontrolle der konsistenten Pseudonymzuordnung über alle Aktenteile hinweg.
