EDPB Coordinated Enforcement 2025

หากบริษัทฝึก ML model บน customer data และลูกค้าขอ erasure:
- ลบข้อมูลต้นฉบับ
- แต่ผลกระทบใน model weights ยังคงอยู่
- EDPB: model re-training อาจจำเป็นในบางกรณี

- บันทึกข้อมูลใดถูกใช้ฝึก AI
- สร้าง process ลบข้อมูลและ re-evaluate model impact
- Document policies ด้วย DPA-ready audit trail
