  • anonym.legal anonymisiert personenbezogene und unternehmensbezogene Daten in Verträgen, Due-Diligence-Unterlagen und Handelsregisterdokumenten; die Software prüft nicht die rechtliche Wirksamkeit von Klauseln, Vollmachten oder gesellschaftsrechtlichen Beschlüssen.
  • Nicht anwendbar auf Unterlagen, die ausschließlich in verschlüsselten virtuellen Datenräumen (VDR) vorliegen, ohne dass ein Export in ein maschinenlesbares Format möglich ist.
  • Kapitalmarktrechtliche Ad-hoc-Meldungen und Pflichtveröffentlichungen nach WpHG müssen in ihrer Originalfassung eingereicht werden; die pseudonymisierte Arbeitsfassung dient ausschließlich internen Abstimmungsprozessen.
